Ingredients
½ banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
Handful spinach
Handful kale
2 stalks celery
1 scoop vanilla hemp protein powder
½-inch knob of raw ginger
1 cup filtered water (or homemade hemp milk)
(optional toppings: hemp seeds, coconut chips, fruit, seeds or nuts)
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high 45 seconds or until smooth consistency forms.
- Option to add more water if you happen to like a thinner consistency.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add toppings
- Enjoy immediately!
