Ingredients
2 cups oat milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
¼ cup rolled oats
1 cup spinach
2 tablespoon raw walnuts
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp cardamom
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 scoop vanilla hemp or pea protein
1 packet Prima Instant Zen
Directions
1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high for 1 minute until a creamy consistency is formed.
3. Top with coconut flakes, walnuts and/or hemp seeds.
