We thought we could never give up coffee — until we started blending up our own matcha lattes. Filled with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory superpowers, these babies are clean, green, and best of all, get us up and going.

1 ½ cups homemade hemp milk
1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tsp pearl powder
Optional: sweeten with honey or maple syrup


1. Pour hemp milk into a small saucepan
2. Heat over medium until tiny bubbles begin to form along the edges
3. Remove from heat and add to blender
4. Place matcha and vanilla extract into blender (and optional collagen and pearl powder)
5. Blend on high for 30 seconds until well mixed
6. Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately
