Ingredients

1.5 cups Vanilla Hemp Mylk

1.5 tablespoon unsweetened pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon coconut oil

½ tablespoon pure maple syrup or sweetener of choice

1 packet prima Rest Easy

1 tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cardamom

¼ tsp nutmeg

⅛ tsp ground pepper

Pinch of sea salt


Directions
  1. Heat Vanilla Hemp Mylk over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until just about to boil
  2. Remove from heat and pour warm mylk into blender
  3. Add all additional ingredients into blender
  4. Blend on high for 30 seconds
  5. Pour into a mug, top with cinnamon and sip slowly
