If you aren't familiar with lassi, a yogurt-based drink that originated in India, traditionally made with a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit, you're missing out. Prefer a sip of the vegan variety? This adaptation, featuring persimmon, coconut yogurt, nut milk and cinnamon — plus a packet of our Instant Zen CBD powder — will make you an instant believer.

Ingredients

1 small persimmon, remove leaves

8oz coconut yogurt

½ cup almond or oat mylk

½ tsp cinnamon

1 packet Prima Instant Zen

optional: 1 Tbs. tocotrienols


Directions

1.     Clean and chop persimmon.

2.     Add all ingredients into a blender.

3.     Blend on high for 1 minute until a thick consistency forms.

4.     Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon.
